**On-site Team Manager**

**Team Manager Responsibilities**:

- You have proven experience in managing operations and engineers. Building a quick rapport with customers, handling complaints and escalations is not an issue for you.
- You know what good performance looks like and you are able to manage your own workload while mentoring and supporting your team.
- Then we will give you are a new challenge. In this role, you will not only manage the support team and infrastructure IT engineers ensuring SLAs are met and achieving success You will work closely with the project and accounts management teams. Why? Becauseyour opinion and ideas count. As you will intend to grow revenue through customer satisfaction, building value in the form of expertise and service improvement initiatives.
- You are confident working with stakeholders at all levels whether internal or external. Your entrepreneurial attitude gives you the ability to understand contractual and service requirements and on top of that, you can shine with your emotional intelligence.
