Giffords are on the lookout for an experienced Telesales person individual with exceptional administrative skills. **Salary will be based on experience.**
- Your goal is to liaise with current customers
- Able to cold call and make telesales calls. Able to generate new leads
- Good at all aspects of administration

This role is for someone who has a proven track record working in a busy sales environment or similar role.

**Key Responsibilities & Duties**

As a Telesales/Administrator, your daily routine typically consists of:

- Contact current customers and potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Dealing with paperwork on a daily basis.

This role will also include administrative tasks to be completed. You need to have a good grounding of Word packages.

**What's on offer**
- Salary will be based on experience
- Monday to Thursday 8am until 4p.m.
- Early Finish on a Friday - 8am to 3pm

- 20 days holiday together plus the statutory Bank Holidays

- Hours will be 36.5 hours a week.
