Working within Homefire Group, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our Harworth Depot on a permanent, part-time basis.
Reporting to the Hub Manager, you will ensure legal compliance to vehicle load capacity and security; have hands-on management of the traffic office function to ensure compliance to company data entry and office administration procedures; possess excellent communication skills to provide a reliable, friendly and knowledgeable customer service experience.
**Key skills required for this role**:
- IT literacy must possess good IT skills and the ability to work within prescribed system processes and across various IT platforms.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- Must be a “team player” with the ability to work well under pressure.
