We are seeking a compassionate and committed Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team In this role, you will use your skills and experiences to deliver exceptional mental health support to a diverse client group.

Our service users come to us with a range of circumstances that lead to poor well-being. This includes unmanaged mental ill-health, financial concerns, family breakdown, domestic abuse, isolation, and more. Many are very vulnerable.

Your role is to understand their needs and provide person-centred support through emotional support, guidance, advice, and signposting.

**What will I be doing?**
- Manage a caseload of individuals with mental health conditions, providing 1:1 support sessions; utilising your skills and experience to ensure they feel listened to, empowered, and supported.
- Develop individualised action plans that are person-centred and holistic to track progress made towards outcomes (improve wellbeing and self-management of symptoms)
- Facilitate group activities and encourage participation from service users.
- Assist service users in developing and maintaining coping mechanisms for managing their symptoms, with consideration for cultural background, age, and disability.
- Advocate for the individual’s rights and promote their social inclusion within the community.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals to foster trust.
- Promoting the service to individuals and professionals to encourage new referrals from communities.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities, voluntary and community-based organisations, and statutory services to make referrals and provide wrap-around support.
- Manage risk and identify any safeguarding concerns following the safeguarding policy.
- Document interventions and observations accurately, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and record-keeping policy.
- Travel around Dudley providing support in service user’s homes and community settings.

**Pay**:£11.44 per hour

**Contract**: 1-year fixed term contract (with the aim to extend)

**Working Pattern**:Flexible working patterns, including occasional evenings and weekends when necessary for service user needs.

**What is the project/organisation?**

We are a community interest company based in the West Midlands. We develop and deliver projects around mindset development, financial literacy, and employability. We listen to communities and then build experiences around them. This includes mental health and wellbeing services, enterprise and business development programmes, community engagement, research and community insights, and bid writing and development.

We work with local authorities, statutory services, housing associations, education settings, non-profit organisations, and more to bring tailored programmes for defined communities.
