We’re looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Sales & Project Delivery team, someone organised, proactive, and great with people. You’ll play a key role in supporting projects from concept to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to budget.

What You’ll Do
* Support the Sales & Project Delivery team with the coordination and administration of customer projects.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Define and track project requirements, scope, and timelines.
* Coordinate resources, schedules, and third-party vendors.
* Monitor budgets and progress to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
* Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reports.
* Assist with proposals, schedules, and cost tracking.
* Identify potential issues early and escalate where required.
* Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Nuttall’s reputation for quality and reliability.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a Project Co-ordination or Account Support role.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisation and multitasking ability.
* Confidence using project management systems and tools.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fit-out environments advantageous.
* A team player who contributes to a positive, supportive working culture.
