**The vacancy**
**The role**:
You’ll support our operational senior team who oversee Porchlights' homelessness, mental health and community services.
Your work will include:
- Creating and managing a calendar of milestones and deadlines to keep the team’s work on track.
- Preparing information for presentations, reports, and meetings
- Supporting any internal working groups by ensuring everybody has the necessary papers and by taking minutes and action notes.
- Developing processes and systems that improve the efficiency of the senior operational team’s work.

**What you’ll need**:
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing workloads.
- Experience of coordinating projects
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
