**College Coordinator**:
We are looking for an experienced Coordinator/Senior Administrator/PA with excellent interpersonal skills. You are extremely proactive and always take the initiative. You will be responsible for coordinating college business at our purpose-built study centre located in Canterbury.

Excellent written communication skills, including preparing business correspondence, verbal communication, presentation and listening skills.

Professional approach with the ability to develop effective working relationships with agents, group leaders and colleagues in a professional and confidential manner. Able to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met.

You will have lead responsibility for liaison with customers (agents) before arrival to ensure all arrangements are in place. Ensuring all departments are kept well informed and have the resources required to meet business need.

You will provide secretarial support to the Principal and Senior Management Team. Lead on event organisation, management and organisation of meetings, and support with requirements for accreditations.

At least 2 years experience in a similar role is essential or able to demonstrate transferrable skills.

Minimum 2 years exp as a senior administrator/coordinator.

Minimum 2 years exp supporting at senior management level/PA level.

**£28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience (37.5 hrs per week)**

**Generally Mon - Fri with a flexible approach to support at other times in order to to meet business needs.
