**About the Role**
Due to service growth, an opportunity has become available for a Contract Coordinator to join our team to support the delivery of our NHS services. To ensure smooth running of all our contracts, the Contract Coordinator is responsible for overall contract performance and day-to-day running of the administrative and operational processes.
- Responsibilities and tasks include:_
- Maintaining KPIs in line with contract trajectories
- Generating contract specific data alongside our Business Intelligence Team
- Compiling activity and quality reports for Service Lead and commissioners
- Monitoring care pathways, liaising with Team Leads and administration team on day-to-day operational matters
- Managing and supporting with bottle necks and problem-solving issues in collaboration with Service Lead
- In collaboration with Quality team, monitor feedback and assist with investigation of complaints and negative feedback, providing a point of contact for escalated concerns from patients/families/external stakeholders
- Oversight of contract specific audits and compliance with contractual obligations
- Implementing CAPAs following audit/incident/complaint outcomes, liaising and communicating these to relevant personnel (including associate staff)
- To attend contract review meetings with external stakeholders
- Monitoring compliance of CAPAs, escalating concerns to Service Lead and Directors where required
- Participation in the creation of strategies relating to business development and longer-term relationship management
**What we're looking for**
- Person Specification:_
- Ability and confidence to collate, present, and interpret data.
- Understanding of NHS structure (e.g. NHS England, CCGs, NHS trusts)
- Confidence to liaise with internal and external managers (e.g. Service Lead, Directors, commissioning managers, CAMHS managers).
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form clearly and in line with Psicon corevalues.
- Confidence to raise concerns with management if targets/KPIs are not being met or at risk of not being met.
- Ability to enhance business development including creation of growth strategies.
- Hold a bachelor's degree, master's qualification or equivalent qualification in a relevant field e.g., Business, Psychology, Project Management (_desirable_)
