2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.

You will focus on the end to end process for high volume positions including attraction, sourcing, recruitment, selection, and on-boarding. You'll collaborate and work closely with hiring managers across our 5 hospital sites as well as with the wider People team to provide guidance and effective recruitment solutions.

This role can offer some flexible and hybrid working, but travel to other sites will be required, so the role holder should ideally hold a driving licence and access to their own transport.
- Arranging and host meetings with hiring managers across the business to understand each role specification and the requirements needed.
- Manage multiple vacancies at time a time, across different departments and sites, including high volume and more niche roles.
- Book, co-ordinate and facilitate interviews.
- Effective use of attraction strategies to build a diverse, quality talent pool.
- Continuously and proactively develop and improve the process and function
- Update the recruitment system including ATS, spreadsheet and documents where necessary.
- Work directly with Hiring Managers/Recruitment Stakeholders on a daily basis to advise on recruitment best practice and forecast upcoming recruitment.
- Support on any brand awareness/promotion campaigns.
- Have well rounded administration skills and a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oversight of pre employment checks with a thorough understanding of right to work criteria.
