**What We're Looking For**:
- A Head of Group Customer Services to set the strategic and operational direction of the groups customer services function
- Someone to develop all culture, process, performance improvements and efficiencies for the customer
- Drive a performance culture through identifying & facilitating targets and initiatives
- Knit together all elements of the business including Sales, Production & Logistics to improve customers experiences
- Lead and motivate a team of 40-50 Customer Service Managers & Representatives
**What You Need**:
- Degree level education - preferable
- Demonstrable experience of fulfilling a Senior management role, within a goods and or services industry in a large complex organisation
- Experience of implementing new systems and process relevant to improving the customer experience
- Confident decision-making qualities, having a solution-oriented mind-set
- Pragmatic, down to earth & hands on mentality
