Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£11.78 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
