We have an excellent opportunity for a **Night Receptionist **to join our Front of House team.

Reporting to the Night Manager, you will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner, pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquires in a pleasant and efficient manner.
- An understanding of the importance of quality guest service
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Effective Organisational Skills
- A good working knowledge of Front Office Systems

The hours of work for this position will be **11pm to 7am** covering midweek and weekend shifts with weekends off on a Rota basis in line with holiday cover and business levels. Some flexibility will be required to complete training.
