SouthSide employs a team of around 40 full and part-time team members who have all played a part in the company’s growth and success and who bring a wealth of knowledge to our clients. As a company, we focus on long-term relationships and excluding new team members recruited this year, over half of our team have been with the company for between five and fourteen years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing utilities and broadband accounts and associated mail using the Office 365 package
- Assisting with purchase/sales ledgers and credit control
- Using Excel spreadsheets to record and compare data, becoming a systems expert using Xero software for finance
- Assisting with front of house point of contact for visitors and callers into the office where required, directing to the correct team member on the SAM Database
- Assembling tenant welcome bags where required
- Assisting with improving processes and procedures within the company including improvement of standard forms and templates and the ways we work throughout the office

**Desirable skills**:

- Able to establish and maintain relationships
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a pressurised environment
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous work experience, ideally in a customer facing role
- PC skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Teams

**Salary**:
£15,000 per annum

**Working hours**:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am - 6pm, with 1 Saturday per month, on a rota basis - generally from 8.30am to 12.30pm
