In this role the apprentice will provide first-line support on digital systems and processes across multiple departments, ensuring smooth operation of IT services and business applications.Responsibilities:IT Network Services: Act as first point of contact for IT-related queries and Helpdesk tickets, triaging these where possible and escalating where necessary. Shadow IT team to learn software deployment on laptops and troubleshoot issues. Gain practical knowledge of cyber security threats and prevention measuresTechnical / Valuation Department: Maintain and update content on Microsoft SharePoint intranet site. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Update and manage documents in Microsoft Word. Create and manage records in the valuation systems CVS, DVS, and CivicaBusiness Support Unit: Draft and publish the weekly all-staff newsletter. Create and schedule posts for organisational social media channelsData & Property Management: Research and update property valuation data in internal systems. Maintain housing registers and tribunal spreadsheets.
