Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: Durham Office

Reporting To: Commercial Lead

Key Job Function: The Contracts Administrator will work closely with both the Commercial Team and Operational Team(s) to deliver successful projects on time and within budget, in line with company policies and procedures.

Job Description Role and Responsibilities

Duties will include but not be limited to;
**Whereabouts**

Issue of Daily & Weekly Whereabouts in accordance with required timescales

**Daily Photos**

All site photos to be taken from whatsapp groups and saved to relevant job folders on sharepoint on daily basis

**Raising PO’s**

All PO’s / SCO’s to be raised on redsky as per QS / Management requests.

**Permits / Licenses**

Obtaining all Permits / Licenses and Statutory Authority Drawings from relevant authorities.

Creation and management of symology notices

**Material Order Reg**

Updating register with all purchase orders requested from QS’s

Initially into Material Order / Goods Received Register

all GRN’s to be received from all sites and entered into to register, owner to chase for orders which have not received GRN’s on weekly / monthly basis

**Waste Management**

All waste dockets to be collated from site and uploaded onto relevant Waste Management Register

**Health & Safety Dashboard**

Support SHEQ Manager with data input to the Health & Safety Dashboard.

**Project Document Control**

**Creation of Project Job Packs, printing off relevant paperwork and creating hard copy folders**

**Support project team with as-built pack collation**

**Key Attributes**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- IT proficient, Microsoft packages, excel essential.
- Attention to detail and numerically confident
- Highly organised and accurate.
- Two years working experience in administration - preferably in the construction industry
