Operations and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Operations and Sales Coordinator** to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will act as the link between our sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of tasks. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Coordination**:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline workflow between departments.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams to fulfill orders.
- Monitor daily operations and escalate delays or issues to relevant departments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of operational procedures and processes.
- Assist in implementing and improving operational systems and processes.
**Sales Support**:
- Managing customer orders and supply chain including supplier partners and service providers in order to deliver products and services effectively and efficiently.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with clients to support pre
- and post-sales processes, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product and pricing information, and assist with the creation of quotes and proposals.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure timely documentation.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Liaise between sales, supply chain, administration and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance productivity and customer experience.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar coordination role, ideally within sales, operations or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
