We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Coordinator** position to join our existing team based at our Head Office in Aberdeen.

**Main Responsibilities**

The Sales Coordinator will be required to address any queries that arise to look after our existing customer base and keep them coming back for more.
- Check, scan and file all advice notes and credit notes where applicable.
- Book out Casings from controlled Waste transfer notes, update spreadsheet, for trailer count.
- Log the daily fuel receipts on our spreadsheet and file all receipts appropriately.
- Check all back order queries have been ordered daily.
- Cover for colleagues during periods of sickness or holidays - phone all the van runs.
- Attend department meetings relevant to your area of responsibility to facilitate optimum integration throughout the business.
- Assist in any other activities as detailed by the Office Manager or Managing Director, including ad-hoc projects as required.

**Key Requirements**
- Applicants must have good organisation skills and have a willingness to learn.
- The successful applicant should be enthusiastic in providing excellent customer service whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication is a key skill required for this role when dealing with new customers and building a positive rapport with our existing customer base.
- You will deal with a wide range of people from local customers to large national customers and our own internal teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve our customers problems effectively and first time are the keys to delivering the Kenway service.
