Resourcing Change Lead

Overview:
The Scottish Government Resourcing Team is going through a significant period of change and we are looking for a Resourcing Change Lead to manage multiple projects while coaching and supporting the team.
You will be aligned to key internal customers across Scottish Government and be responsible for the relationship management of senior stakeholders to ensure that the Resourcing function delivers an excellent end-to-end delivery service while working with others in the wider Resourcing community and HR Business Partners.
This is an exciting time to join the team, we have just launched a brand-new Applicant Tracking System and this opportunity will help to shape the future of Scottish Government Resourcing by transforming its service delivery across the organisation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing Resourcing change projects including systems/processes/team development and policy (where appropriate) whilst adopting and embedding project management disciplines
- Developing an overall change plan for the Resourcing function that supports the delivery of short and long term objectives
- Providing additional capability and capacity to senior stakeholder management and implementation of resourcing solutions/interventions that meet business requirements and enhances Resourcing’s reputation
- Working with colleagues across Resourcing Policy, taking the lead on aspects of the Race Recruitment Retention Plan and wider inclusion activities, HR and/or Corporate that supports Scottish Government’s ambitions, ensuring the successful translation of strategic aims into the implementation of resourcing delivery
- Working with change colleagues across the wider People Directorate, supporting the development of a single consistent approach to the management and reporting of all change programmes/projects, in line with the HR target operating model

Essential Criteria & Qualifications:
- Experience of leading and managing large and complex projects within a Resourcing environment
- Evidence of working closely with others to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
