**Edinburgh - £50-70k - Business Change - Consulting - Client Facing**

We are working with a Dublin-founded business change and consultancy firm who are looking to provide additional support to their clients in Edinburgh to deliver business change programmes.

They work with a variety of clients across sectors such as; utilities, financial services, telecommunications etc.

This role requires a minimum of 3+ years experience working in a corporate setting, driving and taking ownership of change programmes
- 3+ years in a similar role
- A track record of working on a successful projects in a customer environment
- Experience coaching and observing to result in action
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to stay well engaged with changes and developments in the business and wider community
- A focus on delivering value
- Strong presenting and communication skills

**What you will be doing**:

- Building relationships within teams and individuals
- Taking ownership for managing and coaching a team to create a measurable business result
- Implementing new processes, practices and tools that produce a business result
- Working through resistance and reaching resolution
- Continuously measuring progress against result promised and designing new actions as appropriate.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reporting on progress against promised business result
