Are you ready to take on a strategic leadership role at a pivotal time for the housing sector? **Paradigm Housing Group** is seeking an **Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy** to help shape the future of our organisation and guide us through the challenges ahead.

**About the Role**:
As **Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy**, you will work closely with the executive team, driving the development and implementation of Paradigm’s corporate strategy and key policies. This includes playing a critical role in our journey towards becoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, through the creation of detailed and costed plans.

Your leadership will ensure we stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes, translating them into practical and balanced solutions for our business. You’ll also provide insight into external factors impacting social housing and work to position Paradigm as a leader in the sector.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading the development and execution of Paradigm’s corporate strategy and policy initiatives.
- Driving our commitment to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, ensuring the delivery of detailed and realistic plans.
- Anticipating and responding to legal, regulatory, and external changes that impact the housing sector.
- Working with senior leaders to coach, motivate, and inspire teams across the organisation.
- Presenting insights and proposals to internal and external audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Collaborating with the executive team to drive new approaches and innovation within the business.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- A deep understanding of the social housing sector and the ability to anticipate and respond to external challenges.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, and engage teams across the organisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, particularly in response to regulatory or market changes.
- A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive new approaches and best practices.
