**Your Role**:

- Liaise with clients, customers, and tenants throughout planned works
- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and signed off after work is completed
- Conduct surveys and identify customer needs or vulnerabilities
- Keep customers updated on project progress
- Organise and attend resident and stakeholder meetings
- Support project delivery and site compliance (if SSSTS qualified)
- Maintain internal systems and records
- Promote teamwork and continuous service improvement
- Assist with training, development, and other duties as needed

**What We Need from You.**
- A full UK driving license
- Good level Of Education (GCSE Maths and English)
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work
- Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public and in the social housing environment
- Ability to manage your time and workload independently
