We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Relations Team to be a part of our ongoing success.

**Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times;
- Answer inbound calls from customers and deal with their queries as quickly and efficiently as possible;
- Arrange boiler services on the behalf of our Engineers;
- Create customer tickets and refer to relevant departments;
- Call existing customers to obtain feedback regarding their Glow Green experience;
- General administration duties.

**The ideal Customer Service Advisor**
- Have at least 1 years experience within a call centre environment;
- Be experienced with providing excellent customer service over the phone;
- Be able to communicate in a professional manner;
- Have a positive proactive attitude and take ownership;
- Great team player.
