Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their team.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Manages and accounts for the companies ordering system, stock inventory and replenishment processes.
- Work alongside the company’s Financial Manager on all matters concerning the company’s finances, Debtor & Creditors and supplier accounts.
- Work alongside the company’s HSEQ & HR Managers on all matters concerning training, Accident & Incident reporting, return to work interviews and details for personal filing and correspondence.
- Work alongside the Maintenance Manager on all matters concerning the production of maintenance sheets, completion/signing off, recording and filing to meet the company’s contractual obligations.
- Work alongside the company’s GM to produce the array of contractual reports required for the business.
- Help to build good customer relations with regards to documentation, knowledge and comfort regarding the operation.
- Assist with evaluating the workforce and in particular the Agency operatives with regards to effectiveness and value for money.
- Arranging senior management meetings including minute taking and agenda setting.

- Help manage all company projects with regards to accountability, efficiency,
- Ensure the Companies GM is aware of all office based functions, processes, concerns and requirements at all times.
- To take the lead in all office based functions where required ensuring all aspects of office functionality are delivered in time, in the correct format and nature.

**EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- English Literature & Language & Maths GCSE’s - minimum
- A Levels preferable
- Evidence of continual personal development
- Good understanding of basic software packages including Excel, Word.

**Salary** - Up to £30,000 - experience dependant

**Shift** - Full Time, 50 hours/week
