**ROLE**: Customer Service Administrator - Staines - £22,000- £28,000

We are currently working with an international, successful distribution business based in Staines. As their team continues to grow through employees being promoted, they are now looking for a new member to their Customer Support team. You will provide excellentcustomer service to their partners, in a varied administrative position. Managing enquires with great attention to detail, and a keenness to learn and problem solve. You will work in newly finished beautiful modern offices with fantastic riverside views
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing your own workload and working to deadlines
- Ensuring all queries are dealt with, following company SLAs
- Tracking deliveries
- Updating information using CRM system
- Generate weekly and monthly KPI Reporting
- Liaise with other departments to resolve issues
- Prepare information for the Claims team
We'd love to speak to you if;
- You have experience in a customer service role and are used to providing excellent customer service
- You are a confident user of MS office, particularly Excel and CRM systems
- You are available immediately
