We are now seeking someone to help the Company to comply with employment law, providing support to the Senior Management Team and team members as well as carry out generalist duties and provide customer focused advice.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Creating recruitment strategies to attract and retain staff
- Challenge, coach and support Managers with practical resolution of employee relations, supporting managers in managing absence and underperformance, helping them to develop appropriate action plans, ensuring a consistent approach is adopted in line with company policy
- Responsible for HR processes and to work with others to ensure seamless and efficient customer focused service
- Completion of value adding HR projects
- Management of end to end employee lifecycle

**Qualifications**:

- CIPD Qualified to a Level 5 or equivalent/and or a proven track record in HR.
- A good understanding of Employee Relations and current employment legislation
- Team player
- Ability to solve business problems pragmatically and at speed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work unsupervised
- A strong alignment with the company values, in building for the future and that actions speak louder than words
