**Reporting to**: Head of HR
**Hours**: Part-time 30 hours per week (Permanent contract) (Hybrid working available)
Due to internal promotion, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly engaged, ambitious and proactive HR Team within a progressive private hearing care company with high levels of employee engagement and a silver IIP award.

We are looking for someone who is process driven with a good eye for detail. You will be comfortable working on your own, but also be a strong team player. Ideally, you will have experience of using a HRIS (we are currently using Success Factors) or be able to pick up new software quickly and easily. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and ADOBE sign. A strong administrative background is essential and previous administrative experience within a HR team would be an advantage. A CIPD Level 3 qualification would be advantageous although is not essential.
