**Indoor Account Manager - B2B /B2C Logistics/ Parcels - Shepperton Surrey**

**Salary C: £25K to £28K Base (depending on experience) Good Prospects**

**Working hours, 10.00am to 17.00pm, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).**

Our client is a major player in the UK Parcels Market with a large number of branches across the UK.

You will have excellent Customer Service and Account Management skills, with a proven track record, and would like the opportunity to work for one on the most successful and innovative Parcel Carriers in the UK.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer servicing & support to existing/new customers with general admin duties.
- Outbound telesales calling, generating new warm leads.
- Quoting customers.
- Taking bookings.
- Arranging collections/deliveries.
- Problem solving.

**Your Experience**:

- Competent level Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. (Training will be given on our CRM system).
- A good telephone manner with a warm, sincere & likeable personality.
- Steady work history.
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
- Experience in the Parcel Industry/Logistics Industry
