**Permanent**

**Shepperton (Hybrid working available)**
**Our client are top specialists in advanced protection systems for vehicles which are deployed around the world in military and security operations. They are looking for a Key Account Manager with previous experience in the defence/military industryto join them on a permanent basis. You will also need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance.**
**Key Account Manager**
- Be the expert in the through life support requirements of the client, become their trusted advisor and be responsible for resolution of client warranty claims, quotation, planning and delivery of service, maintenance, repair & upgrade tasks
- Engage with the client on technical & contractual matters at all levels
- Acting as the client’s single point of contact for technical assistance, contract liaison, retail maintenance, repair & upgrade requirements
- Responsible and accountable for all warranty and retail tasks and other in-service project activities
- Technical leadership with respect to product design investigation and change arising from client upgrade requests

**Key Account Manager**
**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Experience working within the military, defence of MOD sector
- Account management experience OR services OR a support role within a military/defence company
- Willing to travel in the UK and Europe when required
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance
- Good contractual/commercial awareness
- Good communication skills

**Key Account Manager**
**Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to speak French
- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings
