Maintenance Co-ordinator

We are looking for someone to join our well-respected, successful Lettings team at our Northampton office. We manage an impressive and growing Lettings portfolio and need a real team player to join us.
The office is busy and fun, with a team who are very supportive. The role is varied, and will deal with property inspections, inventories, check outs, property maintenance and everything in between.
A knowledge of the legal requirements of letting are an advantage, as are a working knowledge of the CFP property management software programme and 3 years of experience, but this is not essential. It would be ideal if you have letting/property management experience, but someone who has transferrable skills in administration & effective communication would be considered.
We are looking for someone to join us full time, Monday to Friday. There may be times that we will ask for Saturday cover, but not on a regular basis.

- Diary management and time management skills
- Highly desirable skills:
- 3 years of experience in property lettings
- Working knowledge of CFP
- Working knowledge of the lettings / tenancy law
