Materials and Internal Order Co-ordinator

**Job Title** - Materials and Internal Order Co-ordinator.
**Role** - Permanent
**Salary **- £25-£30k dependant on experience
**Location** - Bugbrooke, United Kingdom.

**What you will be doing: -**
- Creating new product part numbers using our excel database.
- Creating the new product numbers in our ERP system and setting:
- Any supporting Bill of materials.o Create reorder points for the new product. o Create Barcode/RFID information for new products. o Internal works orders for the new product. o Monitoring existing product for obsolescence, Reorder & stock levels.
- Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and updating where necessary including obsolescence.
- Utilise any ERP system and other IT systems that are in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required
- Running the reorder point reports in our ERP system daily.
- Creating internal works orders for our production teams to ensure stock is available for our e-shop.
- Liaising with our B2B and sales teams to assist in the forecasting, internal planning and production in line with company milestones.
- Supporting our inventory team to ensure accuracy of stock is maintained.
- Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
- Support the health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors
- Support the business in any projects relating to Materials management.
- Support other departments during busy periods
**What you will need: -**
- Strong Bill of Material creation & maintenance experience.
- Previous experience in working in automotive, manufacturing or an ecommerce
- environment
- Good understanding of Production processes and their interdependencies
- Strong IT & ERP systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
- A good level of education with passes in GCSE from 5-9
