**Responsibilities of the Marketing & Communication Co-ordinator**:
This college-based Marketing & Communication Co-ordinator (MCC) would have the over-arching remit of optimising the customer experience and service levels for the educational advisors (a.k.a agents) that work with UNIC. To enable this, the MCC will holisticallyreview the operating model and optimise end-to-end conversion rates across the customer journey.

Specifically, the role holder will support the Student Recruitment Co-Ordinator in terms of being hands-on in providing re-active and pro-active support to our agent portfolio and the delivery of UNIC’s Agent Nurturing Programme:

- Better and faster servicing of inbound queries via calls, inbox management, etc.
- Proactive relationship management, e.g. provision of providing the right info & tools, at the right time, in the right way to our agent base.
- Championing service delivery improvements - identifying and implementing end-to-end process improvements, challenging existing processes and liaising with the UoN where relevant.

The role will also be responsible for internationally promoting UNIC across multiple channels.

In doing so, the role holder will work closely with the UoN’s International Office to collaborate and deliver marketing and brand related activities to grow international student numbers: Typically, this might include:

- Working with the UoN and Navitas colleagues to identify, develop and disseminate a full suite of offline and online digital marketing tools and assets in support of student recruitment and conversion. E.g. brochures, web content, online campaigns, studenttestimonial acquisition, value proposition development etc.
- Arranging and supporting incoming agent trips to UNIC/UoN.
- Providing bespoke collateral and assets to support UoN International Officer or UNIC SRC overseas trips to fairs, school visit, agent meetings etc.
- Support UoN international Officers to optimise cross selling of each-others offer.
- Provide joint UoN/UNIC college training to prospective students or educational advisors.
- Briefing in digital campaign requirements to Navitas’ in-house digital marketing team, providing them with the necessary campaign content and copy.
- Create and manage the UNIC social media strategy and digital shop window.
- Targeting of new audiences or markets
- Launching new products or offer developments

The Conversion & Communication Co-ordinator is expected to work effectively within a cross-functional College team environment.

**Requirements of the Marketin & Communication Co-ordinator**:

- Tertiary Level education or possess related sector qualifications/training
- Experience of working in a marketing or creative communications function
- Familiarity with use of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, In-depth understanding of social media trends and online campaign activities
- Demonstrable experience of working to brief
- Proven ability to organise workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
- Proven ability to adhere to deadlines and work in a fast-movingenvironment
- Proven ability as a team player
- Impeccable written communication skills
- Creative skills with an ability to ‘think outside the box’
- Effective interpersonal skills with a variety of cultural and ethnic stakeholder groups
- Computer literacy skills inclusive of demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proactive work habits and shows initiative
- Comfortable with delivering presentations
- Well organised, with a disciplined approach to workload management.
