Contact Centre Agent - Chelmsford, Essex
- Hours for this role are Monday - Friday on shift patterns 8:00am - 4:30pm and 9:30am 6:00pm plus alternate Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm

Typical duties required include:

- Loading new repair claims and acting as first point of contact for customers
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
- Updating customers with repair progress information
- Post repair follow up calls
- Liaising with insurance and companies and recovery agents.

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
