**Position Overview**:
As a Call Center Agent at Switch Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing top-notch service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.
- Meet and exceed customer service and performance goals.
- Document and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries and concerns
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate and timely information
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
