Gathering and Processing data
- Assisting Operations manager and support department with assigned tasks
- Assisting and supporting management.
- CRM Management
- Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
- Reviewing incoming documents
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
**Requirements**:
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Has Accountability, ownership and Dedication
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High School degree; additional qualification as Admin Executive would be considered an advantage
- Any graduate in any field
- People and customer centric
- Ready to accept challenges and deliver
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £5,000.00-£6,000.00 per month
