**Job Overview**
The role of the Administrator is to support the Sales & Operations Manager with day-to-day running of the business. These include sales forming relationships with new and existing customers and participate in following up on all related administration.

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Take orders over the phone from wholesale customers.
- Support the sales and operations manager with his daily tasks.
- Completing all wholesale KPI's from the beginning of the year

**Working Hours**

Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5:30pm

5 days a week

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in administrative duties with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong clerical skills including filing, typing, and record keeping.
- Proficient in computerised systems and office technology.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
