**Office and Property Administrator**
UKCT Holdings is a close-knit dynamic company with an exciting opportunity for a semi-remote Office and Property administrator. We are seeking a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The office is in Edinburgh,but this position allows for remote working 80% of the time. A weekly day in the office will be required.
Companies in the group are; Appin Sports, which creates bespoke sportswear for running, football, cycling and sports events. UK-China Trading is a wholesale supply company. Appin Property Lettings is a property letting company. UKC Chem is a chemical supplycompany. The whole team is less than 20 people, with the majority of staff working for Appin Sports.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
To manage all administration areas of the business and ensure the companies operate smoothly. Liaise with the property agencies and workmen as required. Act as PA to our CEO. The role requires;
**Office/HR Administration**
We all work from home, so jobs would entail;
- General admin support to CEO.
- Minute taking - team meetings, directors meetings etc.
- First point of contact for general enquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/samples/virtual mail.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Hotel / car / flight / venue / meeting room bookings.
- Arranging purchase & repair of laptops, phones and other office hardware.
- HR admin support.
**Property Administration**
- The properties are managed by three letting agencies; be the first point of contact for all our property related enquiries.
- Liaise with electricians, plumbers, and carpenters. Having a network of these would be an advantage.
- Buying beds, couches, ovens etc as required.
- Factors documentation.
- Purchase/ tenancy documentation.
- Deal with maintenance enquiries.
- Quotes for property insurance.
- Keep landlord registration up to date.
- Experience as an office administrator, PA or related field.
- Take responsibility and pride in your work.
- Able to work methodically in a fast-paced environment, displaying a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skill.
- Experience of working with a global team is an advantage but not essential.
**Company Benefits and Salary**
Salary £24,000 + benefits + company shared bonus
- 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working hours between 7:30am and 7:30pm.
- 25% of Appin Sports net profits are shared equally amongst employees.
