To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a **Head of Sales** join us in our Global Commercial HQ based in London.
**Summary**:
Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking an exceptional **Head of Sales** to join our team and lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for **Commercial UK**. In this key role, you will help shape the future of our UK operations, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth.
**What you'll do**:
- Own and execute the short to mid-term sales strategy (1-3 years) in alignment with the **Commercial UK Director**, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales action plans to meet and exceed UK sales targets, driving local order books, customer retention, and overall experience.
- Lead and inspire the sales department to deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, continually improving sales performance.
- Analyse market trends, sales data, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions and optimize results.
- Foster strong relationships with key external partners and customers, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the UK business.
- Collaborate with the **Commercial UK** and **European management teams**, building trust and strategic partnerships while managing conflicts constructively.
- Provide insights on market competition to help drive decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
**What you'll bring**:
- Exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision.
- Significant working experience in a sales leadership role within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour.
- Proven and successful ability to lead multiple sales teams towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation.
- Exceptional communication skills that enable effective communication and interactions with consumers and external partners.
- High proficiency in MS Office tools i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally
- Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed (desirable).

**Additional Information**:
- This role will be working from our London Global Commercial HQ. This role will be Hybrid working, however there will be an expectancy to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office - EC1V
- Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
