All solutions are supported by web and mobile apps that are fully integrated for a seamless customer experience. **_The Role_** - Be a part of the UK Sales team, reporting to the Managing Director UK, while also collaborating with the global executive leadership - Attract, nurture and inspire a team of talented sales professionals - both internal and external, developing a strategy in pursuit of both commercial deals with B2B clients as well as channel sales - Work with the Managing Directorand senior leadership team to develop a strategic plan for revenue growth in the UKcreating an efficient client management process and optimal sales structure - Act as the main interface between key customers and the organization to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times - Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment where you will need to make quick decisions or shift priorities and have the full autonomy to pursue your vision and experiment with ideas that will drive growth - Look after your team; mentor and develop to help them grow, hold them accountable, as well as take care of their wellbeing - Think creatively about how to drive revenue growth through new verticals, and partnership opportunities You’re a tech-savvy strategic hands on sales manger who can lead a sales team to meet their quotas and are passionate about working with decision-makers to grow the business Goal-oriented and resourceful, you make strategic decisions that drive the sales pipeline and drive conversion to deliver those goals successfully Your passion for sales will be the driving force for success, and you have previously led target driven sales teams that have attained commercial success. You understand technology and are skilled at managing all stages of the sales pipeline process. **What You Bring**: - A hands on Sales focussed player/Manager - Business to Business solution sales experience - C suite negotiator. - Presenter and Public Speaking experience - Experience with a startup/ scale up business - Experince with the direction and Sales strategy of a high growth business. - Ability to seek out and seize opportunities, going beyond the "call of duty" finding ways to surmount barriers. Resourceful. Action-oriented "doer," achieving results whilst we build the team - Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team in sales to drive and advance the long-term sales revenue goals - Experience working in an agile and changing work environment. - Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business experience - Outgoing personality and a sense of humour.
