In the UK, our ambition goes far beyond our boutiques and tearooms. We are expanding into corporate gifting, hospitality partnerships, luxury retail collaborations, weddings, and wholesale — and we are now recruiting a dynamic commercial leader to drive this next chapter. Role: Head of Sales & Events We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to design, build, and deliver Ladurée UK’s sales growth strategy. This role will own all Sales & Events activity — from corporate gifting and hospitality collaborations to private events and premium retail partnerships. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands‑on business development, shaping the commercial future of one of the world’s most recognisable luxury brands. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Build and execute a 3‑year Sales & Events strategy with clear revenue targets and channel segmentation. Unlock growth opportunities across corporate gifting, luxury hospitality, fashion and retail partnerships, travel retail, and premium events. Benchmark against leading luxury brands. Present quarterly Sales & Events performance dashboards to the UK MD and Paris HQ. Business Development & Partnerships Acquire and manage high‑value corporate and hospitality accounts. Develop strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, airlines, department stores, and premium lifestyle brands. Lead brand collaborations and activations to elevate Ladurée’s presence in the UK market. Operational & Team Leadership Build and lead a focused Sales & Events team (e.g. Sales Executive, Events Coordinator, Wholesale Assistant). Implement CRM‑driven sales processes (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and conversion. Partner closely with Production, Logistics, LAB/Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution. Introduce data‑driven decision‑making across sales, demand forecasting, and product mix planning. Product Innovation & Brand Development Co‑create exclusive corporate and event collections with UK & Paris teams. Align product launches with key commercial moments (Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Ramadan, CNY, Christmas, weddings). Develop premium and sustainable packaging solutions tailored to luxury clients. 5+ years’ experience in Sales & Events leadership within luxury hospitality, F&B, retail, or gifting. Proven track record managing six‑ or seven‑figure accounts and building multi‑channel sales growth. Strong negotiator with exceptional relationship‑building and presentation skills. Commercially astute with experience in forecasting, margin analysis, and KPI reporting. Deep understanding of luxury branding, client experience, and service excellence. Creative problem‑solver with the ability to deliver high‑impact events and activations. Entrepreneurial, results‑driven, and obsessed with quality and brand integrity. Experience & Qualifications Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or similar field. Experience leading commercial teams in luxury hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands. Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful Sales & Events strategies. Fluent English required; French is an advantage. What We Offer Competitive salary + performance‑based bonus scheme.
