As a Technical and Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Technical Manager and Operations Manager in their respective roles. This will include maintaining the Quality and Technical systems, including training logs, complaint logs, competency assessments. You will also provide support with key accounts which will include preparing reports on a regular basis using the company computer system, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You will support the Technical Manager and Operations Manager with diary management. You will liaise between other departments of the business including finance, planning and engineer surveyors.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Interface with company computer systems
- Answer queries from key account customers.
- Maintain the various logs and registers which support the Quality System
- Prepare reports for key account customers and managers.
- Build working relationships with counterparts in key customer organisations.
- Liaise with and be an initial point of contact for key customers.
- Work with other parts of the organisation to ensure complaints and appeals are logged and managed through to completion.
- Liaise with engineer surveyors regarding key customer work.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Higher level education (e.g. degree) desirable
