Aftersales Administrator

Job description

The role of the Aftersales Operative involves interaction between suppliers, manufacturers, couriers and internal departments. Processing of faulty goods needs to be done in an efficient and organised manner. Strict service levels need to be achieved. An in house computerized RMA handling system is used.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process faulty goods to vendor/distributor in a timely manner.
- Process customer warranties/returns.
- Liaising with couriers regarding collections
- Contacting vendor/distributor regarding credit/replacement goods
- Packing processed RMA to send to the vendor/distributor

**Technical**
- The ability to type and word-process various documents and electronic information
- Communicate and convey information by relevant methods both internally and externally
- The ability to navigate external systems and websites
- Quick uptake of internal system
- Good working knowledge of IT Equipment
- Working knowledge of warranty procedures desirable but not essential
- Fault diagnosis knowledge desirable but not essential

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
