**Job Title**: Head of Member (Customer) Experience

**Salary**: Circa £75k to £80k (Salary Dependant on Skills and Experience) + Company car or car allowance

**Location**: Base will be Stoneleigh, Warwickshire with hybrid working

**Working Hours**:35 hours per week

The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) is the biggest farming organisation in the UK. Leading the Member Experience team requires you to put NFU members at the heart of everything you do, including leading on conferences and events and member communications. This diverse remit means you need to be able to communicate on a wide range of farming, food, environmental issues with people at all levels.

**Purpose of the role & how you will contribute**:
The role will provide strategic leadership to ensure that the NFU delivers the highest quality membership experience via a clear marketing and engagement strategy. Stakeholder engagement and collaboration is key to success. You will provide leadership to a team of professionals, including a Senior Marketing Manager, Events Manager and Member Communications Manager and their respective teams ensuring the NFU is supported with Member related communications and events.

The role will also require you to oversee the delivery of NFU events such as National shows and NFU conference, with the support of the team. See the role profile for full details.

**What you’ll bring**:
You will be experienced in developing strategy and delivering outcomes, to drive member/customer engagement and satisfaction, at a senior level. The delivery of high-profile events and developing marketing and promotional plans should be second nature, with an ability to project plan.

You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence both face to face and in writing. As an aspirational leader you will have experience of managing, motivating, guiding, and coaching a team, with an ability to clearly communicate vision.
