Main Duties;
- To provide an efficient an welcoming reception service giving all visitors their first taste of the WCS experience; respond to a wide range of enquiries, taking detailed and accurate messages, whilst keeping the reception area tidy
- To answer all phone calls, dealing with the query, forwarding on to the correct member of staff or taking detailed and accurate messages.
- To sort and distribute any post that arrives
- To host the Cup Above Café, ensuring that residents and their guests have that quality experience.
- To take responsibility for the staging of the concepts within the home, such as the spa and hairdressers.
- To provide support to the Home Manager with their administrative tasks and the management teams electronic diaries.
- To process purchase invoices, forwarding to Head Office for payment and to maintain accurate budgetary records.
- To maintain accurate records of Residents Fund, Residents Property and Petty Cash expenditure.
- To be the liaison between outside agencies and staff, residents, relatives and others.
- Undertake other duties that may be required in line with this level of post.
