**Electrical Qualified Supervisor**

**Location**:Midlands region**, hybrid role that offers 2 days from home and 3 days based onsite, typically Burton, Birmingham and Stoke area. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

As an **Electrical Qualified Supervisor**for Novus, youll get the opportunity to work for a committed and ambitious company who are focused on nurturing and developing our people and ensuring they have the opportunities they want to utilise their skills; and learn and develop if desired. This role supports the wider SHEA team with a strong focus on compliance for our customers, surrounded by like-minded colleagues who work together to ensure an excellent service.

The Electrical Qualified Supervisor has responsibility for visiting sites across the region, whether it be in customers homes, on our Social Housing refurbs works, or hospital and education refurbishment works. You will plan your week to meet colleagues or subcontractors who are carrying out the electrical work to ensure it is completed in line with the electrical wiring regulations and with Novus Property Solutions Electrical safety procedure, carrying out site audits and verify electrical certification submitted.decisions to grow and develop relationships and revenue.

**An outline of your responsibility as an** **Electrical Qualified Supervisor**
- Support the operational business to ensure all works undertaken are compliant and have documentation available for internal or external audits.
- Carry out electrical quality inspections of the works undertaken by our colleagues or sub contractors.
- Review electrical certificates to ensure all works undertaken comply with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all electricians possess the tools and equipment to carry out their role safely and carry appropriate consumables/materials including safe electrical isolation and safe to touch equipment.
- Store and maintain electricians qualifications to meet Novus and regulatory requirements.
- Assist and develop the skills our of our electricians including the delivery of toolbox talks.
