Due to spectacular growth within the business, Plug Me In are currently looking to recruit Electric Qualified Supervisors.

Plug Me In is a trading division of Lowri Beck and operates alongside Calvin Capital within the Calisen Group. This means we’re big enough to have the experience and expertise to support you whilst being small enough to care.

EV charging will reinforce Calisen’s role in helping to roll-out energy transition assets in support of reaching Net Zero.

**About the Role...**
- Ensuring the results of inspection and testing are recorded correctly on the appropriate certificates or reports.
- Produce and sign off NICEIC certification and other required test data following work undertaken by EV installers.
- Ensuring that the equipment, documentation, and records are available for inspection when required by NICEIC.
- Undertaking site visits for quality inspection and direction as required
- Undertake quality assurance and drive a culture of right first time.
- Identify risks and protect business reputation.
- To assist with and support the recruitment, induction, and development of Electricians & Electrical mates.
- Support the implementation of all our policies, Company, and industry standards.
- Assist in resolving complaints. Implement action plans to address any areas of dis-satisfaction.
- Actively promote all aspects of Health & Safety, to ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures.
- Ensure the team is accountable for its HS&E responsibilities.

**What you will receive**
- £43,012.20 basic salary
- 42.5hrs a week, Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm
- 30 Days holiday incremental to 33 days with yearly service (inclusive of Bank holidays)

**What we are looking for**
- City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installation / Electrotechnical technology (Time served - AM2)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Have at least two years’ evidence of responsibility for the technical standard of electrical work and evidence of ongoing Continuous Professional Development
- Understand the Electricity at Work Regulations, current edition of BS 7671, and the Codes of Practice and guidance documents relevant to the range of electrical work undertaken.
- Understand the inspection, testing, verification, certification, and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlines.
- Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with mínimal supervision.
- An understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace
- A full and current UK driving licence.- We will use the information you provide to us to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.
