Office Administrator Part Time

Days will be Wednesday and Friday 9.00 - 16.30

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination of tasks.

Manage cleaning supplies, including inventory tracking, ordering, and reordering of stock.

Organise meetings, appointments, and company events.

Maintain and update office files, records, and databases.

Coordinate with Operations manager to support staff administration of holidays and administration duties with our staff management software (Bright HR).

Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

**Accounts & Finance**:
Assist with processing customer and supplier invoices.

Working with our accounts to maintain accurate financial records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting principles.

Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts payable/receivable.

Handle petty cash and assist with payroll processing as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Proven experience in office administration and accounting roles (minimum of 1 year preferred).

understanding in accounting software QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of basic accounting principle.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

**Education & Experience**:
Previous experience in an office administration or accounting role required.

**Working Conditions**:
Office based in Braintree Wednesday and Fridays 9.00 to 16.30.

Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
