A global FTSE-350 STEM-focused professional services organisation is looking for a Head of Internal Communications - People & Strategy to lead its internal communications for its highly proactive people function and strategy team. The role will ideally beon a temp-to-perm basis.

The Head of Internal Communications - People & Strategy will work closely with the Group Chief People Officer and Group Head of Strategy to create and deliver an internal communications strategy which supports them in communicating their vision and strategyand maximising programme impact.

Buoyed by recent excellent financial results, the role presents a perfect opportunity for an experienced internal communication professional to create engaging campaigns in a sector at the forefront of global innovation.

Key responsibilities as Head of Internal Communications - People & Strategy:

- Design and deliver an insight-led and measurable internal communications campaign programme that supports the global people and strategy operation.
- Utilise internal assets such as templates, brand and marketing teams and external assets such as IC agencies, film crews and events teams to create engaging campaigns.
- Work closely with senior executives on their internal communications and engagement plans.
- Work closely with other internal comms, external comms and marketing colleagues to ensure alignment on strategy and timelines.
- Use a variety of tools and channels to deliver effective communications.
- Measure and analyse communications campaigns to ensure a continuous drive for improvement.

Essential skills and experience required:

- Significant internal communications experience, ideally within global, matrixed organisations
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills - adept at leading and inspiring teams and providing expert internal communications counsel to senior colleagues, ideally including people and strategy teams.
- Proven experience driving engaging campaigns across a variety of channels.
- Experience leading internal communications during periods of change.

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £500-600/Day
