**ROLE**:
We are looking for a Head of Internal Communications who will support employee engagement through impactful internal communications and position MATCHESFASHION as an employer of choice. The role will report into the HR Director and will be based in London.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have extensive professional experience within internal communications and Employer Branding.
- Are degree qualified or have equivalent experience in communications, journalism, business economics or social studies.
- You have the ability to craft high-level corporate messages for external and internal use.
- You have excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent communications skills in English and proven experience working with social media.
- Experience with organizing events and orchestrating presenting opportunities

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Be responsible for planning, crafting and publishing communications content on MATCHESFASHION internal channels.
- Develop messages and concepts for internal communications, and support any internal announcements.
- Drive employer branding campaigns.
- Advice and support on employee engagement and change management topics.
- Build relations to industry opinions leaders, and secure relevant speaking opportunities.
- Collaborate with our corporate communications and social media team to ensure close alignment to our external communications.
- Plan and manage company social activities and events.
