This is a highly autonomous role that will provide a high-quality community engagement, session delivery and mentoring.

This role primarily supports the Widening Engagement team with planning and delivering events and marketing of the career opportunities across the Trust Working with internal and external stakeholders; developing and implementing the team’s bespoke outreach campaigns.

The post holder will build a close supportive relationship with managers from across the trust to predict forthcoming recruitment needs.

They will also be responsible for developing high quality Engagement plans and maintaining excellent management information for central reporting, as well as implementing outreach plans through planning and organizing of events.

**The main duties of this role will be to**:

- Manage and deliver projects with external suppliers, ensuring cost-effective, efficient content or engagement campaigns are delivered.
- Plan and manage Trust-wide recruitment events, open days, and careers evenings both on an off site
- Work collaboratively with the Apprenticeship and Talent Acquisition team on projects
- To develop and maintain robust community engagement plans including an advanced level of management information.
