Our client is searching for a Learning and Development Manager to join their team.

Skills Required

Learning Culture

Provide a strategic framework to the Head of HR to support the development of high-performing teams

Full scope organisation piece of a wide range of internally & externally delivered courses

Ownership of Learning Management System, maximise the use of the LMS to support a L&D culture

Responsible for all training needs analysis, recommending new initiatives

Continuous improvement focussed to improve organisational business processes

Embed both company and Industry technical training into new learning culture

To work with the operational teams to ensure the competency matrix is maintained and undertake training needs analysis and gap planning activities

Provide monthly reporting on L&D activities.

Operational Learning & People Development
- Identify learning and development initiatives. Develop, design, and deliver appropriate learning and development interventions for leadership, management and team member development
- Oversee the delivery of technical learning, ensuring that the appropriate person to own the training is identified and to work with them to develop and design training
- Facilitation of training via a diverse set of methods from virtual to classroom led practices. Review and maintain accredited training policies and grant claim processes
- Act as central point of contact for all Learning, People Development and Training queries and initiatives.

Stakeholder Management
- Optimise quality of learning service to the business. Liaison with Directors and Heads of Department relating to department training budgets and courses
- Facilitator of all company delivered training courses
- Manages the implementation of all people development initiatives to achieve the planned learning service improvement
- Monitor colleague satisfaction levels with learning & people development Provide a Trainer and effective Coach experience to all colleagues
